Obverse

Reverse

relief images of the Chuya Highway Zero Kilometre Marker and trees against the background of images of a map fragment and a panoramic landscape of the Chuya Highway (Chuysky Trakt); and the inscription along the upper rim: ‘ЧУЙСКИЙ ТРАКТ’ (CHUYSKY TRAKT).
